Housework – the Yogi Way

came across this yoga instructor the other day

used to ‘play’ at yoga when I was in my twenties  – after watching this girl effortlessly combine yoga with housework, I’m thinking of taking it up again!

watch her routine and I’m sure you’ll be as . . . impressed as I was – [I’ve watched the vid several times!] 😆
